| Payments | Payment is due upon checkout to process any order. Graphic Fabrics accepts credit card, PayPal, and Sezzle as forms of payment.

| Turn Around | Current Turn Around is 1-2 weeks, rush orders may be available if needed. Please email us for support on ordering rush services. |
| Shipping | All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Priority Mail to ensure packages are tracked. |
| Refunds & Exchanges | Graphic Fabrics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages including USPS shipping errors. Graphic Fabrics is not responsible for incorrectly entered mailing addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is current and accurate prior to checking out.
If an order is received incorrect from an accepted proof, a replacement will be shipped out at no charge to you. If a proof is accepted and received, refunds are not accepted. A refund will only be issued on errors, after a return package is received back by Graphic Fabrics. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. |
| Cancellations | Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours. |
| Sales Tax | Orders are subject to local sales tax. Graphic Fabrics is located and operated in the state of Georgia, and therefore collects sales tax for Georgia residents at the local sales tax rate. |
| Order Acceptance | Graphic Fabrics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction for any reason, with or without notice. |
| Termination of Site Use | Graphic Fabrics reserves the right to terminate any users account at any time for any reason. Graphic Fabrics also reserves the right to discontinue or suspend any and all aspects of this site without prior notice. |
