What is your current turn around?
It can vary, but we try to keep the banner on the homepage up to date with the current turn around time. Most orders are around 1 week, during busy seasons we ask for up to 2 weeks, and in the event of communication delays etc. we cannot guarantee delivery dates past these delays.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order, under your order account history. Your current state will be listed, and you will receive emails with updates to your order. Please add our email address to your trusted contacts to avoid any delays!
Will I receive a proof of my order?
Yes, we take the information on the order and print a proof of the label. You will receive an email of the proof to verify before we print the order, please make sure the email address on your order is accurate, and add email@example.com to your address book to ensure the proofs are lost in the SPAM folder.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards through Stripe, direct check out with PayPal, or choose Sezzle to pay later, so that no matter how you choose to pay, your payment is both secure and protected.
How long will delivery take?
Current turn around is reflected on the homepage, with rush order available on request. Please email for more information.
Shipping times are 2-5 days for first class, 2-3 days for priority mail, and 1-2 days for priority express.
Is my data secure and protected?
We only use secure payment processors, and we work hard to secure our website through multiple security services to offer the safest experience while shopping with us. Sometimes these safety features cause recaptchas and validation tokens. Your data is encrypted and only ever used to process your order, including shipping services. We never sell or share your data.
Will I receive tracking on my order?
We ship via STAMPS and you will receive an automated email that includes your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update per courier request. You can also check your tracking information under shipment tracking.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Your will receive an email confirmation with your invoice/receipt once placed. On your account page, you can look up past orders and view or print your orders from there as well. We also include a packing slip in your order to ensure order accuracy.
