You can check the status of your order, under your order account history.
Yes, we take the information on the order and print a proof of the label. You will receive an email of the proof to verify before we print the order, please make sure the email address on your order is accurate, and add [email protected] to your address book to ensure the proofs are lost in the SPAM folder.
We accept major credit cards through Stripe, direct check out with PayPal, or choose Sezzle to pay later, so that no matter how you choose to pay, your payment is both secure and protected.
Current turn around is reflected on the homepage, with rush order available on request. Please email for more information.
Shipping times are 2-5 days for first class, 2-3 days for priority mail, and 1-2 days for priority express.
We only use secure payment processors, and secure our website through multiple security services to offer the safest experience while shopping with us. Your data is encrypted and only ever used to process your order, including shipping services. We never sell or share your data.
We ship via STAMPS and you will receive an automated email that includes your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update per courier request.
Your will receive an email confirmation with your invoice/receipt once placed. On your account page, you can look up past orders and view or print your orders from there as well. We also include a packing slip in your order to ensure order accuracy.
